ERDINGER Brauhaus Helles and NaturRadler have been available in Germany since 2022. We now want to offer our bottom-fermenting beer specialities around the world. As Regional Sales Director, Dirk von Kries is bringing ERDINGER Weissbräu’s products to Croatia and Slovenia with a series of launch events.
To introduce ERDINGER Brauhaus to the Croatian and Slovenian on-trade sector, customers and regular guests were invited to events held at exclusive bars and restaurants. Live music and DJs provided the musical backdrop, while promoters in traditional costume spread the typical Bavarian joy of life. Bavarian delicacies were also served to accompany the Brauhaus beers. And to strengthen their contact with the launched products, guests could even win free beer and branded glasses.
Slogan „PLACE TO BEER“
Under the slogan “PLACE TO BEER”, the team of our importer ROTODINAMIC took part in a Food and Wine Festival held at various locations in Istria and in Zagreb. This provided an opportunity for consumers to get to know and enjoy ERDINGER Brauhaus in a relaxed and enjoyable environment.
Even more attention was generated by the iconic ERDINGER Brauhaus “Bulli” (a campervan built in 1976), which was used at all events in the Zagreb area: the mobile bar with draught beer equipment and space for two 30-litre kegs was the star of the show. The tour is to be extended this year. The van will be on the road from mid-May to mid-September – starting in Istria and finishing in Split. At each location, the aim is to create a 1-2 day event around ERDINGER Brauhaus – with DJs, promoters in traditional costumes, service staff in branded T-shirts and event equipment such as sunshades, barrel tables, beach flags and much more. A variety of promotional materials, from posters to table tents to flyers, are also provided. “Our ERDINGER Brauhaus beers have been very well received in Croatia and Slovenia. The feedback was already excellent during the first events,” sums up Dirk von Kries. “There’s been double-digit growth in sales of ERDINGER Brauhaus Helles. Demand for further events was particularly strong in Croatia.”

In Croatia, ERDINGER Brauhaus Helles and NaturRadler are available in 0.5-litre non-returnable and returnable bottles, in 30-litre kegs and, since April, in 0.5-litre cans. They are listed in Croatia’s largest retail chain Konzum, as well as in the supermarket chains Spar and Kaufland. In the on-trade, guests can now order the beer at numerous pubs in Zagreb, Rovinj, Split and Rijeka.
In the Slovenian market, we market ERDINGER Brauhaus in 0.5-litre non-returnable bottles, 30-litre kegs and, also since April, in 0.5-litre cans. It can be bought at outlets of Slovenia’s largest retail chain Mercator as well as stores of the Tus supermarket chain. Many restaurants in Ljubljana, Celje, Koper and Kranj, among others, are already serving ERDINGER Brauhaus to their guests.
